Dallas Street consists of 15 self-contained apartments that will house tenants with diverse and complex needs, which includes people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and mental ill-health.
The scheme was developed in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council, under a full nominations agreement with the Registered Provider. In addition there is a three bed apartment with full DDA compliance, including hoists to all rooms.
Work started in August 2016 at Newall Green Farm, Wythenshawe, following 12 months of detailed local authority negotiations. This development is a 400-year old farm building with two large outbuildings.
Completed in October 2017, this development provides 22 beds of shared accommodation and five self-contained single occupancy apartments, providing supported living services for 27 individual tenants.
Hazelmont House was a commercial office property when purchased. A conversion into a Supported Living home was designed with the stakeholders and Planning Approval was granted in 2016.
This Scheme consists of 12 self contained apartments, each comprising separate living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The ground floor has a larger unit with wet room and also a rear staff pod with welfare and sleep facilities.
