Hazelmont House was a commercial office property when purchased. A conversion into a Supported Living home was designed with the stakeholders and Planning Approval was granted in 2016.
This Scheme consists of 12 self contained apartments, each comprising separate living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The ground floor has a larger unit with wet room and also a rear staff pod with welfare and sleep facilities. A refurbishment to the exterior was also carried out in-keeping with its heritage values and the home is ideally located adjacent to large recreational areas, with good off-road parking. All works were fast-tracked and the apartments were completed in the September of the same year.
