St Julian’s Farm Road is three-storey residential property located in a conservation area in London. The work undertaken on St Julian’s Farm Road has transformed the building into a beautiful home for eight people living on a shared basis, with Pathway for Care as the care provider.
To ensure St Julian’s Farm Road could provide a home, we initiated an extensive series of works to bring the building up to the correct specifications and regulations. This included undertaking pipework, drainage, woodwork, electrics, plastering, repointing, flooring and roofing works.
St Julian’s Farm Road has been modified to meet the requirements of residents and includes a new staircase, new internal doors and a more comfortable living environment. All existing windows have been replaced, and a new uPVC door has been attached to the outer archway to form a porch entrance.
The existing kitchen has been replaced and kitchenettes have been installed in the bedrooms. New carpets, radiators and a fire detection system have also been fitted throughout and the house has benefitted from a redecoration.
External areas of the home have also been improved with soft landscaping, new timber fencing and a gate to the side elevation. The patio area has been made more secure and includes new steps and patio doors provide safe access for residents.
St Julian’s Farm Road is situated close to local amenities, including a Tube station, and is just a short drive away from central London.
